There
will be times when the online library you usually use is not available
due to maintenance, power outages or nearby construction. You will want
to immediately go to other backup online libraries to do your research.
The libraries listed below generally offer online, full-text magazine indexes,
online reference tools, book catalogs, Internet links to other libraries
and web sites.

below. Warning: A valid library card from each of these libraries will
be needed. As a California citizen, please know that you are eligible
to receive a free library card from any California public
library. The hurtle you must jump here is that you will have to physically
visit any each library to get your card.
