Fast Guide to CD/DVD - a searchWindowsManageability definition - see also: CD/DVD Fast Guide

This site has in-depth coverage on DVD's and it was created by a lot of techtargets ( sciencetist, technical engineer ) and it is sponsored by a comercial company and an advertisment company ( NetIQ company ).
It is to  "Introduction". The information is new to  me but I think it is fact because it gives me a lot of information to introduce about DVDs. It has more than fifty subtopics and they provide information a lot which the writers got from hightech ( OSTA, Philips, Sony, ISO... ) so it covers almost every thing what I would like to know.

Howstuffworks "How DVDs and DVD Players Work"

This site has in-depth coverage on DVD’s and it was created by Karin Nice and some advertisment and it was sponsored by a comercial company ( Electronic company, Nextel company ) and copyright 1998-2002. It gives me a lot of information about CD/DVD. It does not have any bias because it only explains "How DVDs and DVD work". The web site has a lot of subtopics : Automotion, computers, electronics, inernet, entertainment, money, cool stuff...It provides almost information about DVD.

HEATHER NEWMAN: Battle brews over best DVD recording drives

This  site has in - depth information, it was created by HEATHER NEWMAN and it  is sponsored  by a comercial company and some advertisment companies such as Cap company and Shoes company. It gives me a lot information about "Which one is the best kind of DVD" but it is hard to read because the writer uses a lot of technical terms and she got this information from www.dvdforum.com , Ziff Davis,  Hewlett Packard, Sony and Dell. It has a lot of subtopics : New, sports, entertainment, business, feature and tech...so the web site explains about the best DVDs on gerneral.

PCTechGuide - The PC Technology Guide

The web site has a lot of subtopics : Guide, cools, community.so it gives me a lot of information and some pictures to explain more detail. I think that it is good web site I need to use for my term project.

    DVD

This site was created on october 19, 2000 by Doug Wagner, I think the writer was a computer scientist or something like this. This is factual because it is an encyclopedia entry, it was sponsored by a comercial company and it does not have any advertisers. It has a lot of subtopics : Feature Article, Article index, search engine. This web site informs almost every thing about DVDs but it is hard to me to read because it uses a lot of technical terms.

News in Science 31/01/00 Re-recordable DVD could kill VHS

This site come from ABC news online on january 31, 2000. The editor who likely wrote this article is probably not a tech expert because it is difficult to me to reconize those links in the web site and the web site said that "The DVDs could kill the VHS or Videotape". I think it is true because the DVDs are developing very fast. However I think that the writers had a bias. It  made me to think about it, may be the writers are the DVDs company's members. The web site has a lot of subtopics : Recent science news, Archie, More on science, Breaking Sci- Tech News. I t gives a lot of information from those subtopics but they are hard for me to read because it uses a lot of technical terms to persuade somebody about it. The writers think the DVD will replace the VHS, the videotape and the videocassette.
