Congratulations on your acceptance to this exciting summer program for licensed RN's in California. There are three mandatory meetings: April 9th at Chabot, May 21st at AHS Fairmont campus and May 23rd at Chabot. Refer to your acceptance letter for time and location of each meeting.
You are required to have a current American Heart Association Healthcare Provide (BLS) card, which must be current through August, 2014. Please contact your physician or local health clinic for a medical evaluation which includes TITER report for MMR, Varicela, and Hepatitis B. You must complete a two step PPD test as well.
A background check and drug screen is also required See information below. Once payment is made online you must complete the drug screen within 48 hours. We suggest you make the payment on Sunday or Monday to allow you to time to get to the lab for your urine drug screen. Forms for the drug screen will be emailed to you after payment is accepted. Please complete the process by May 7th.
