Reasons to Enroll

• Studies have shown that students enrolled in learning communities like Springboard to Transfer tend to be more engaged in their classes, make greater progress toward transfer, and stay in school at higher rates than students in standard college courses.
• In Springboard, you build your schedule around a solid, pre-planned program of 2-3 classes each semester.
• You have the chance to build a strong relationship with your English instructor, who stays with you for all three semesters and gets to know your individual strengths and needs as a student.
• Because you take classes with the same core group of students, you form strong bonds with each other.
• You receive small-group support and guidance from Chabot counselors.
