Campus Posting
Posting is done on the following dates for the
Spring 2009 Semester:
- January 22, 2009
- February 5 & 19 2009
- March 5 & 19 2009
- April 2 & 16 & 30 2009
- May 14, 2009

The deadline to submit your materials is 3:00 PM on the
Wednesday prior to
the posting date.
The Chabot campus has a plan for posting 10 flyers on bulletin boards throughout the
campus. The boards are posted twice monthly. The cost is $5.00/10 bulletin boards
for 2 weeks.
Free posting is available to non-profit organizations and Chabot campus
related activities. The posting is done through the Office of Student Life at (510)723-6914.
The posting, distributing or disseminating of printed materials that advertise,
publicize or otherwise provide notice of activities, events or information are
subject to the following regulations:
- Any printed material deemed to be slanderous, libelous, obscene, offensive
or pornographic will not be accepted for posting.
- All printed materials written in a language other than English must be accompanied
by an English translation.
- All printed materials must indicate the name of sponsoring individuals,
department or registered club or organization.
- The Director of Student Life supervises and authorizes all campus publicity
including posting of flyers and banners and distributing handouts or products.
- Except as specified in these guidelines, no printed material may be placed
on or against, attached to, or written on any structure or natural feature
of the campus, such as, but not limited to doors, windows, building walls,
walkways, roads, posts, fences, waste receptacles, trees, plants or shelters.
- No printed materials may be left unattended on campus grounds or inside
campus buildings without prior permission of the Director of Student Life
or the Dean responsible for the building.
- Publicity may not be affixed to or left on cars in Chabot College parking
lots.
- Maximum size will be no larger than 8-1/2 x 11.
