Flex Time Obligations and Reporting

Here are the (mandatory) flex days in our academic calendar:

• Convocation Week - August 18 & 19, 2008
• October 7, 2008
• February 12, 2009

Variable Flex Activity Plan

Two variable flex days are required for 2008-09. 

These days are in lieu of teaching days but count as part of our required 175 day academic year.  They must be undertaken outside of the regular schedule.  Evenings, weekends, and holidays are examples of when you might accumulate the hours.
