Flex Time Obligations and Reporting

Here are the (mandatory) flex days in our academic calendar:

• Convocation Week - August 13 & 14, 2009
• October 6, 2009
• February 11, 2010

Variable Flex Activity Plan

One variable flex day is required for 2009-10. 

This day is in lieu of teaching days but counts as part of our required 175 day academic year.  It must be undertaken outside of the regular schedule.  Evenings, weekends, and holidays are examples of when you might accumulate the hours.
