1.        Development of online teaching curriculum (number of units, learning outcomes, content, scheduling):

a.       Proposal development course

b.      Online pedagogy course

2.      Online faculty learning community program:

a.       Content:  what do we want to share with each other?

b.      Medium:  how do we share this?  online?  brown bag lunches?  retreats?

c.       Communication:  how and who do we invite?

3.      Spreading the word/addressing opposition to online learning:

a.       FLEX day ideas:  content, how to get support to get this on our FLEX agenda for August?

b.      Engaging faculty that are on the fence or opposed:  how do we begin this discussion?

c.       Awards for ?best course? or ?innovator??
