1. Course review and approval status: Many of you have kept me updated, but we'll review the status of all of the new online course proposals.

2. Basic skills funding: We have been allocated $6,000 from the Basic Skills grant for online efforts. In talking with lots of people, Cristina Ruggiero and I have identified 3-4 ideas (transcripts for podcasting, research skills tutorial, online student preparation assessment and/or tutorial mini-module or actual course). We'll discuss these and prioritize programs for funding.

3. Content of our next Online Learning Newsletter for Chabot faculty. I'll have an outline for all of us to review.

4. Your availability for (hopefully paid) summer committee work, and any recommendations you may have for a person to develop and probably teach the new online pedagogy course we'll offer next fall (we'd like someone with a minimum of a Master's in Online Teaching and online teaching experience; does not need to be Chabot faculty, although that would be nice).
