Attendees: Jan Novak (chair), Dennis Chowenhill, Desmond Chun, Mary Dermody (presenting), Gene Gropetti, Michael Langdon, Judy O'Toole, Minta Peterson, Lynn Sandoval, Lisa Ulibarri, Wanda Wong.

1. Future meeting update. Jan stated that Rick Moniz will chair the next meeting and Michael Langdon will present his course. In addition, Gene Groppetti will join the committee.
    
2. Mary Dermody course presentations. Mary presented her hybrid and online courses, Business 14 and 50D (click here for proposals). Suggestions and Discussion ensued.
    
3. Online course growth incentive. Jan stated that she asked the committee for any additional comments and suggestions on the revised online course growth incentive proposal (PDF) and she received none, so an email announcement and interest form will be sent out today. Jan added that because of the upcoming deadline, it's possible that we may not receive many proposals. Gene suggested that faculty notify deans as well, to make sure the course matches the planned offerings for future terms. Judy added that she may be submitting 12 proposals.
    
4. Program Review. Jan reported that Distance Education is on the list for program review for Fall 06, and that it will have to occur at an accelerated pace.
