What's Your Chabot Story?

I lived in Hayward my whole life and was hesitant to attend Chabot at first because I felt that it would be too similar to high school. So fast toward two years after high school and a failed attempt at going to Ohlone, I finally decided to attend Chabot, which would be the best decision ever. I was sorry I had waited so long to start taking classes there. Not long after I found the desired major and was on the path to transfer. After three years at Chabot along with a few bumps in the road I was ready to transfer. I will be attending Cal state East bay in the fall !

How did Chabot influence your life and career? 

Chabot is a place that is full of people and professor that are always willing to help guide you.

Why should anyone transfer?

I believe someone would transfer because they want to take the next step in their education and to further their skills in their chosen major which will only elevate them when it comes to the future and their career.

Take things one step at a time, even if it’s just one class, that one class counts in the end.
