Course and access information

(Example: "23456 Business 15 Sec 001")

(To include additional courses, please list the CRN's in the "special instructions" field below).

Name(s) of person you want to provide access:

This person is currently a:   (NOTE: If "Other" is selected, please provide more information in the Special Instructions below, such as how this person is affiliated with Chabot and/or whether we should be able to locate this person in the Blackboard system).

Please select the level of access from one of the five listed below:

The following two levels are appropriate for currently enrolled students, learning assistants, tutors, student assistants, and any student completing an incomplete:

Regular student access, same as all of your enrolled students.

Course Builder: Intended to assist in the creation of content, especially within the Test Manager, Pool Manager, and Survey Manager, but ideal when student privacy of grades is a concern because they have no access to the GradeCenter, Course Statistics, or Messages.

Due to potential access to student information, the following levels of access are for faculty or other non-students:

Grader: Intended to assist in the creation, management, delivery, grading or evaluating online assessments and surveys, but they do not have access to the Content Areas or Staff Information, Tasks, Discussion Board, Send E-Mail, Collaboration, Messages, Glossary Manager.

Basically the same level of access as an instructor, but the benefit of assigning this role is that TA will not receive emails sent by students via the "Send Email" which are intended for the instructor.

(same as you). Intended for instructors who are team-teaching but for whatever reason were not officially listed in Class-Web. Note that if students use the "Send Email" function, this person may receive the same emails intended for you.
