Minta Winsor

Abdullah Yahya

Mrs. Winsor specializes in a variety of web-based services ranging from Blackboard administration to instructional support for online learning. She holds a B.A. in Social Science from CSU Sacramento and an M.A. in Education (Instructional Technology) as well as a Professional Instructional Technology Certificate from San Jose State. She currently teaches a general studies course, Introduction in Online Learning. She is also a member of the Committee on Online Learning.

Mr. Yahya specializes in database-driven cloud-based applications. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from UC Berkeley, a Master's Degree in Computer Science from San Francisco State University as well as several IT certifications including networking, IT Project Management and Coldfusion. He is a regular speaker at educational technology conferences and co-chair of the Chabot College Technology Committee.

Lisa Ulibarri

Randi Ray

Ms. Ulibarri specializes in the design and development of online courses, as well as Blackboard system administration. She holds an A.A. from Chabot College, a B.A. from UC Berkeley, an M.A. from CSU Hayward, as well as a certificate in Online Teaching. She currently teaches as an adjunct instructor for PACE, English, and General Studies. She is also a member of the Committee On Online Learning and co-chair of the Chabot Technology Committee.

Ms. Ray is the Online Learning Student Support Specialist for Chabot College. Her experiences in online learning stem from her years as a Chabot student, a peer tutor, and an online teaching assistant. Through an AA degree obtained from Chabot college and a background in support arenas, she has gained the perspective necessary to best support Chabot students in their learning endeavors in the online medium. Ms. Ray is also a member of the Committee On Online Learning.
