Sandy Birkeneder is currently a faculty member in the behavioral and social science departments at Chabot College and Modesto Junior College. She has published peer-reviewed journal articles, national and international conference papers, and a book chapter. She has published across disciplines in developmental psychology, education, business and political science. Sandy received her Bachelor's degree from the University of California, San Diego and Master's degree from San Francisco State University. She is currently a PhD candidate at the University of California, Davis.
