Blackboard
is a web-based course management system (which means that you can access
it on any computer with Internet access) that provides a private learning
environment for online teaching and learning. Instructors are able to
put their course syllabus, lectures, assignments, presentations and
more in Blackboard. Students are able to connect to the online classroom
anytime and anywhere with an Internet connection, and typically no additional
software is necessary.
