Online Services

We assist current and prospective Chabot students in using online resources and applications associated with Chabot College. Our facility has over 30 computers for students to connect to all of Chabot's online resources.

By working closely with our partners: Admissions and RecordsAssessment Center, Career Center, Transfer CenterCounselingFinancial Aid and Online Learning, we can help guide you to get the answers you need.

We also have student assistants fluent in Amharic, Arabic, Spanish, and Vietnamese.


We provide assistance with:

  1. Applying to Chabot online
  2. Registering for classes
  3. Printing documents and forms for school
  4. Accessing the campus systems such as The Zone and CLASS-Web
  5. Accessing Zonemail
  6. Logging into Canvas, and Online Learning
  7. Financial aid concerns
  8. Applying to FAFSA online
  9. Checking financial aid status and requirements
  10. Setting up payment schedule and accessing payment information
  11. Activating the Chabot Debit Card
  12. Navigating to other websites to fulfill financial aid requirements, i.e. FAFSA or student loans
  13. Resetting disabled CLASS-Web pins
  14. Getting a Chabot College Photo ID (for currently enrolled students, staff, faculty and administrators)
  15. Answering general information student questions such as contacting instructors, division offices, location of classes

Chabot College Photo ID

Chabot College photo identification cards are available to all current students, staff, faculty and administrators at no charge. All students are required to carry a valid photo identification card with a current validation sticker. This card is essential for use of library, computer lab and other campus services.

To obtain a Photo ID, please provide:


  • Photo ID (driver’s license, state-issued ID; Permanent Resident Card or passport)
  • Receipt or printout of current class schedule (available on CLASS-Web)  
  • Your W number (Student ID Number)

Q1: How can I have my CLASS-Web account fixed if it has been disabled?

Call us or come in to have your PIN reset.

Q2: I forgot my username and password and the answers to my security questions for my CCC account. What should I do?

Call CCCApply at 1-877-247-4836 for assistance retrieving your login information.

Q3: How do I link my Zonemail to my personal email account?

Follow these steps or come in for assistance.

  1. Sign into The Zone.
  2. Click “What is my college/district email address?” link on right side of the screen.
  3. Copy the @zoneclpccd email address.
  4. Click the Email icon at the top of the screen.
  5. Paste address in Gmail login under username and use 6-digit PIN as password.
  6. After signing in, click the Setting/Tools icon and select “Settings”.
  7. Click “Forwarding and POP/IMAP”.
  8. Type personal email address into box and click “Send Verification Instructions”.
  9. Check personal email for verification code.
  10. Type in verification code and click submit.
  11. Select bubble next to “Forward a copy to…” and click save changes.

Q4: How does printing work in Online Services?

Printing is free for CLASS-Web, CCCApply, and Financial Aid related documents. All other printing costs 10¢ per page and requires a GoPrint card.
