 College Webmaster Mr. Yahya is the Chabot College Webmaster. He specializes in database-driven cloud-based applications. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from UC Berkeley, a Master's Degree in Computer Science from San Francisco State University as well as several IT certifications including networking, IT Project Management and Coldfusion. He is a regular speaker at educational technology conferences. |

 Instructional Designer
Ms. Ulibarri is the Chabot College Instructional Designer. She specializes in the design and development of online courses, as well as Blackboard system administration. She holds an A.A. from Chabot College, a B.A. from UC Berkeley, an M.A. from CSU Hayward, as well as a certificate in Online Teaching. She currently teaches as an adjunct instructor for PACE, English, and General Studies. She is also a member of the Committee On Online Learning. |
