You can easily create an incident by email instead of logging into Service Now. 
Please follow these directions:

  1. In the Subject, include your location (Chabot, LPC, District) plus the incident Short Description.
  2. In the Body, include the incident details and comment.
  3. When ready, email to clpccd@service-now.com and/or helpdesk@clpccd.org

Moves

Please notify computer support of any planned or current computer moves as soon as feasible. All computer and phone moves must be coordinated and initiated through computer support.
