CalWORKS New Student

Welcome!

Are you a new CalWORKs student or interested in becoming one? Please complete the checklist below if you are already an appoved CalWORKs student with your local County office. 

*If you need to apply for CalWORKs with Alameda County please, CLICK HERE. 

1. Apply to Chabot College 

 

 

  • You will need to create an account if you are a new/first-time student
  • Wait 24 hours to receive an email from Chabot College with your W#
  • Check your spam email


2. Apply for Financial Aid (FAFSA or Dream Act)

 

  • You will need to create an account if you do not yet have a FAFSA Account. 


3. Chabot College Online Orientation

4. English Course Selection & Math Guided Self-placement 

 


5. Find & Check your zonemail
