50 BLUEPRINT READING, SKETCHING, AND CAD                       3 UNITS

Fundamentals of freehand sketching, reading of blueprints, interpreting commonly used symbols, pictorial drawings, orthographic projection, geometric construction, dimensioning, and sectioning.  Includes a general approach to Computer Aided Drafting (CAD). Designed to provide a working knowledge of methods of graphical communication.                   2 hours lecture, 3 hours laboratory.
