Chabot College desires to maintain an academic and work environment which protects the dignity and promotes the mutual respect of all employees and students. In general, deliberate verbal comments, gestures or physical contact of a sexual nature that are unsolicited and unwelcomed will be considered harassment (Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964).
