Unofficial Transcripts


Student's signature and government-issued ID is required.
Under provisions of the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA), transcripts may not be released without written consent of the student.

 

For students from Summer 1994 to present

Students who began attending Chabot College or Las Positas College in Summer 1994 or after, may obtain unofficial transcripts by logging on to CLASS-Web.

How to view your unofficial transcript in Class-Web

  • Log into CLASS-Web
  • “Student Services” tab
  • “Student Records” link
  • “Unofficial Academic Transcript” link
  • “Submit” button

 

For students who attended prior to Summer 1994

Students who attended prior to Summer 1994 can request their unofficial transcripts using the transcript request form and submitting it to the Admissions & Records office. Please indicate on the request form that you are requesting UNOFFICAL transcripts. 

NOTES:

  • Student's signature and government-issued ID is required.

  • There is no fee when requesting unofficial transcripts.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for processing.
