Unofficial Transcripts


Student's signature and government-issued ID is required.
Under provisions of the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA), transcripts may not be released without written consent of the student.

 

CURRENT STUDENTS:

Students who are currently attending Chabot College or Las Positas College, may obtain unofficial transcripts by logging on to MyPortal.

How to view your unofficial transcript via MyPortal:

  1. Log into MyPortal
  2. Locate the "Classic CLASS-Web" card, then click on the "Student Dashboard" link
  3. Select “Unofficial Transcript” under Student Records
  4. Select applicable transcript level and transcript type
  5. “Submit” button

 

PRIOR STUDENTS

Students who are not currently attending either Chabot College or Las Positas College can request their unofficial transcripts using the UNOFFICIAL transcript request form and submitting it to the Admissions & Records office. 

NOTES:

  • Student's signature and government-issued ID is required.

  • There is no fee when requesting unofficial transcripts.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for processing.
