Donations and Contributions

CLPCCD Board Policy 3820

Cash Donations:
Contact the Office of Development and Foundation. You can find more information regarding different types of donations received through the Foundation, on the Foundation website.

Equipment/Property/Vehicle Donations:
The donation will need to be Board approved, which means a Board Agenda Item will need to be processed. See Board Agenda Items and Deadlines for process.

Please note: It is up to the donor to state the value of the item. An official letter of receipt is generated by the Chabot Administrative Services office and sent to the donor within 30 days of board acceptance.
