Sponsored by the Associated Students of Chabot College,
assembled to provide leadership, representation, and assistance to our Chabot
College Students.
We have 300 Vendor Spaces available for lease. The size of our standard vending
spaces are equivalent to 2 parking stalls and rent at a fee of $40.00.
We have Plus-Size vending spots equivalent to 3 parking stalls at a fee
of $45.00. Standby reservations (day of the market) are an additional $5.00 for each vending space. Non-Profit (501-C status) organizations are
welcome to participate in the market for FREE.
We have it all -- Antiques and Collectibles, Undiscovered Treasures from your
neighbor’s garage, Clothing/Footwear and accessories for all occasions,
fine jewelry and stones, automotive bargains, gardening tools supplies and plants,
ethnic foods, and local business recruiters -- it’s all here!

The volume of vendors and customers increases each month!

Wednesday before the scheduled Flea Market
The Chabot College Flea Market is held the third (3rd) Saturday of each month,
rain or shine. Admission is FREE and parking is FREE (Parking Lot B only). We are conveniently
located in Parking Lot B, at the front of the campus off Hesperian Boulevard
- southbound. (Near the 92/San Mateo Bridge and S. Hwy. 880 cross)

Reservation Fees: Reservations are accepted as pre-paid up to the close of
business the WEDNESDAY before the Scheduled Flea Market. Fees reserve you a
vending space.
- Pre-paid Reservation = $40.00/equals 2 standard size parking spaces
- Plus Size Reservation = $45.00 equals 3 standard size parking spaces
- Stand-by the day of the Flea Market = $5.00 additional charge / vending
space
- Average Size Space: Standard = 17 x 34 Plus = 25½ x 51
- REFUNDS: No refunds will be given for any reason on the day of the Market.
Use the application form to indicate reservation dates of interest, and the
number of selling spaces desired. When mailing your reservation, please include:
- Your reservation application
- Your payment via check or money order
- A SELF-ADDRESSED STAMPED LEGAL SIZE ENVELOPE if you would like your confirmation
receipt mailed to you. (Please allow 5 business days.)

Please note that when mailing in your R.S.V.P. it must reach our office by
close on the Wednesday before the market or you will be asked to pay the $5
standby fee and asked to get in the standby line to receive a spot. All first-time
resale vendors must have a copy of their licenses on file with the staff of
Chabot College Flea Market if reservation-application is received through the
mail. Attach copies of California Sellers Permit & Hayward City License
to the application before mailing back to Chabot College. If your check is returned
to us N.S.F, you will no longer be able to write checks to our market.
