How to setup your doorcard

Save the Excel doorcard to your Microsoft OneDrive or Google Drive. Then add the shared link in your employee profile.

For Google Drive

  1. Login to your Google account. Create one if needed.
  2. Click on Doorcard Template and copy it to your Google Drive folder. 
  3. Update your doorcard in Google Drive.
  4. Copy the link to your doorcard by setting the Share permission, set it to "Anyone with the link can view it" and click on 'Copy Link'.
  5. Create or update your employee profile and paste the link to the Door Card field, then save.
  6. Your doorcard will appear in the 'Find People' link located at the top of any college webpage.
