Disbursement and Refund Schedule

Your actual refund (Pell grant payment) amount is based on your units of enrollment. You receive the full award only if you are enrolled full-time (12 or more units). Your award is prorated if your enrollment is less than full-time at the time your funds are authorized.

Please note: Before receiving your refund, your financial aid file must be reviewed and completed. Additionally, you must be meeting Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) standards. Only after your file is fully processed and you are in good SAP standing will your refund be disbursed.

Students will be paid on the Refund (Payment) date after their financial aid file is completed and SAP requirements are met.

Importantion Information:

If a student withdraws after they have earned 60% of their grant, the student does not owe any repayment. Students who earn no units in a term with a zero grade point average (GPA) are subject to the same repayment regulations unless the student can document that they remained in class past the 60% point of the term. The repayment regulations are referred to as 'Return to Title IV.'

Late Start Classes and Financial Aid - When you enroll into late-start classes, you will not receive financial aid for those specific classes until the week the classes begin.
