Business department introduces a new certificate in Bookkeeping effective FALL 2008. Get more information about the program!

New classes offered in the FALL:

BUS-28 Human Relations in the Workplace (we have not offered this class in three years!)
BUS-42 Green Business Practices: we are the only community college in the Bay Area that will be teaching this course. For more information, contact Catherine Pinkas at 510-723-6862

Other changes in Business classes for FALL 2008 include

Class	Change
Business-1A	Title changes from "Principles of Accounting I" to "Financial Accounting"
Business-1B	Title changes from "Principles of Accounting II" to "Managerial Accounting"
Business-7	Title changes from "General Accounting" to "Accounting for Small Business"
Business-6 and -83	BUS-6 changes its number to BUS-83, but will include the same content - using QuickBooks and Excel for accounting practices.
