Students interested in taking Chemistry 1A: General College Chemistry have the option of taking the Chemistry Diagnostic Test to fulfill their prerequisite for this class. This is a timed, paper and pencil test. If you pass the test you will meet the prerequisite for Chemistry 1A. If you fail, you will need to complete Math 55 or 55B AND Chemistry 31 with a grade of "C" or higher in order to meet the prerequisite.
