Does This Sound Like You?

Place an x next to any problems you have had often:

 

___Do you have sudden bursts of fear for no reason?

___Do you feel awful when they happen?

___Please put a check in the box next to any problems you have during

          these sudden bursts of fear.

___I have chest pains or a racing heart.

___I have a hard time breathing.

___I have a choking feeling.

___I feel dizzy.

___I sweat a lot.

___I have stomach problems or feel like I need to throw up.

___I shake, tremble, or tingle.

___I feel out of control.

___I feel unreal.

___I am afraid I am dying or going crazy.

 

If you put a check in the box next to some of these problems, you may have had a panic episode OR you my have a Panic Disorder.  Panic disorder is a real illness that needs to be treated.  Get Professional Advice.

Most important:  It's not your fault and you don't have to suffer.  You can feel better and get your life back on track!
