The Chabot Student Health Center is committed to providing Free and Low Cost health care services in a safe and healthy environment for all currently enrolled Chabot College students.
We are primarily supported by the Student Health Fee.

Get FREE COVID-19 Vaccine

We have only the Pfizer vaccine. This is available to current Chabot students, with student photo ID, and to employees.

If previously vaccinated, bring proof of vaccination.


Free COVID-19 Testing

  • FREE Antigen testing (rapid test kits) is available for all current Chabot and LPC students. Bring your ID and W#.
    And, available for all Chabot employees.

  • PCR Testing are no longer available.

Flu Shots are Available

  • Available for Chabot employees and students for FREE.
  • Have your ID and W# ready when scheduling an appointment.

ACCESSING OUR SERVICES

Chabot College students can access our medical services in-person and/or via telehealth.

For Telehealth Services

  1. During telehealth, call 510.723.7625 or text 510.460.3826, to speak with a medical provider.
  2. We may advise you to visit one of our other clinic sites if an in-person visit is required. Information will be provided over the phone.
  3. The Chabot Health Fee plan will also be accepted at all Tiburcio Vasquez Health Center locations until further notice. Additional costs may apply for labs, vaccines, and other additional services, based on the normal Chabot clinic fee schedule.

If you are experiencing a fever, cough, or other respiratory symptoms, please STAY HOME AND SELF-ISOLATE, and call 510.723.7625 to speak with a clinic representative.
