Introduction

 This one-unit online class is designed to be informative and fun. The assignments are designed to add to your knowledge of the automotive industry and how to plan to obtain an entry job and then progress to better career positions. You will also have opportunities to learn how to research and obtain details about jobs and career from current resources on the internet. In summary, you will learn about automotive careers but you can apply the knowledge to other career fields.

Course Information

This is a one-unit online course that starts on 3/31/08 and ends on 5/16/07.

The posted note in the “CLASS-Web” reads:

ATEC 9933 is an online course. Students must have an email account and internet access before the first day of class. It is recommended that students use a 56K modem speed or higher, an IBM compatible computer, Windows 2000 operating system or later version and MS Office 2000 or later version. Grading

If you stay on the pace as outlined in the “Course Assignment Calendar” and participate in the discussions and homework you will earn “Credit” for this class.

Not turning in assignments and lack of participation will earn “No-credit”. There will be no letter grade.

Grade Calculation: “Credit” will be earned if all assignments are completed and turned in on time.
