Please contact the college(s) you previously attended, and request that official transcript(s) be sent directly to Chabot College Admissions & Records. Official transcripts are required in order to apply courses from accredited colleges toward Chabot College degree and certificates, as well as to confirm eligibility for financial aid, veteran’s services, and more. Unsealed transcripts opened by students are considered “unofficial”, and can be used for academic counseling, prerequisite clearances, possibly increasing priority registration, helping you and the counselor create a student educational plan, etc.
