Step 1: Select “Outcomes Assessment” on the Home Page
Step 2: Under Assessments, select “Start New Assessment”
Step 3: Under Outcome Type, select “PLO”
Step 4: Under Outcomes Effective Date dropdown, select semester
Step 5: Under Outcomes Effective Date dropdown, select year
Step 6: Under Program, Discipline dropdown, select discipline
Step 7: Under Program, Program dropdown, select program to be assessed
Step 8: Under Program Outcome, use Control button and Select all PLOs then OK
Step 9: Press Save
Step 10: Under Assessment Checklist, select “Prior Assessment Reflections”
Step 11: Enter data in text boxes, Select “Save” then select “Finish”
Step 12: You may edit your data by selecting “Unlock”, update, then Save/Finish
Step 13: Select PLO Reflection
Step 14: Select the Outcome dropdown, then select the first PLO to be assessed
Step 15: Enter SLO Outcome Data in text boxes then Press “Save”
Step 16: Repeat this process for each PLO, pressing “Save” after each one. When done Press “Finish”
Step 17: You may edit your data by selecting “Unlock”, update and Save/Finish
Step 18: Select “Future Plans”
Step 19: Select “Planned Action Type”, enter Data, select “Save” and “Finish” when complete. Selecting “Other” will open up another text box.
Step 20: You may edit your data by selecting “Unlock”, update and Save/Finish
Step 21: When finished, select the “Submit” button
Once the PLO assessment has been submitted, you may go to Reports/Interfaces on the Curricunet Homepage, and under “Program Learning Outcomes” view and print your report.
