ENTREPRENEURSHIP PROGRAM

Join us for our Second Annual Business Pitch Competition on Monday, May 13th, at 6:30 p.m. in our Community Center, Room 722.

Welcome to Chabot's Entrepreneurship Program!

Chabot is proud to offer the most comprehensive series of courses and certificate programs in Entrepreneurship of any community college in the Bay Area!  These courses and certificates will provide you with the skills you need to start and succeed in a new business.

Five Entrepreneurship Courses

Our program includes five specific Entrepreneurship classes:  Introduction to Entrepreneurship, Evaluating New Business Opportunities, Marketing for Entrepreneurs, The Business Plan, and Business Incubation and Launch.  In these courses, you'll learn the skills and explore the attributes of successful entrepreneurs, understand how to identify and evaluate new business opportunities, develop the important financial and marketing skills needed to succeed as a new business, create a professional business plan to guide your business startup and help you to secure funding, and then transition from a plan to business startup.

All classes are offered online or as hybrid online (some on-campus classes, but with additional online coursework) to fit your busy schedules.  Our Introduction to Entrepreneurship course is also offered as a totally on-campus class at least once a year.

Nine Entrepreneurship Certificates

You can take individual classes, or earn a certificate in:

Coming Soon: New Entrepreneurship AS Degree
