Transfer Center

The Transfer Center offers the following to support students with the transfer process:

• Chabot Student Transfer Application Resources (tinyurl.com/chabotSTAR)
  • contains transfer planner and admissions application how-to videos, pdf guides, quick links that students applying for transfer often need or use
• Meet with university representatives virtually for transfer exploration and planning or come by Thursday, October 8, 2026 to Transfer Day!
• Transfer tips for:
  • Transfer to a California State University
  • Transfer to a HBCU
  • Transfer to a University of California
• Transfer Success Courses:
  • PSCN 18: University Transfer Planning
  • PSCN 18B: Funding Your University Transfer Plan
• Transfer Center drop-in, workshops, and appointments will resume in Fall 2026.
