SEPTEMBER 2026 TRANSFER TASKS & IMPORTANT DATES
- 9/1 - 9/30: Submit UC Transfer Planner for Fall 2027 TAG
- 8/1 - 10/30: Indicate your future Fall 2028-2030 Transfer Guarantee to select CSU Campuses & Majors in your CSU Transfer Planner
- Update UC Transfer Planner (UC TAP) and CSU Transfer Planner with college coursework grades through Summer 2026, Fall 2026 class schedule, Spring 2027 planned courses.
- Complete a Transfer Readiness Check to prepare for upcoming application season; see your counselor for assistance.
- Review which schools will be on-campus at Chabot College on Transfer Day (Thursday, October 8th) and save the date!
Drop-In for Assistance at CTC Computer Lab
Come in for assistance completing transfer planners, transfer admission applications, and transfer tasks such as reviewing university messages to you, requesting transcripts.
- Mondays: 12:30-2:30pm (Counselor Rozen)
- Tuesdays: 11am-1pm (Ms. Celia and Counselor Mark)
- Thursdays: 1-3pm (Ms. Celia and Counselor Mark)
- Building 700, Area 761, 2nd Floor CTC Computer Lab
