Glenn Richman was educated at Mannes School of music in New York
City and Berklee School of Music in Boston. He studied privately with
Buster Williams, George Marz and Mike Longo. He has played with many
jazz greats such as, Bobby Hutcherson, Jon Hendricks, Dave Liebman, Chet
Baker, Jack Wilkins, Larry Willis, George Coleman, Billy Hart and Mickey
Roker. Glenn has been teaching Bass and Jazz Improvisation for over 15
years. He is presently living and performing in the San Francisco Bay
Area, as well as teaching a variety of music subjects at Chabot College,
The Jazzschool, The Brubeck Institute and UC Berkeley. |
