Please be aware that some users are experiencing an issue with MS Outlook. We have traced the problem to a back-up device as opposed to the actual mail system. ITS has been working around the clock to get this resolved. We recommend using the web-based MS Outlook alternative
Dental Clinic

Due to COVID-19 closures, the Dental Clinic is closed until further notice.

We provide low cost dental care for adults and children in the community. Dental Hygiene services are provided by Chabot College Dental Hygiene Students, working towards their AA degree, and supervised by experienced, licensed faculty hygienists and dentists.

Due to high demand and limited appointments, please try to keep your appointment as rescheduling can be challenging.

First appointment

A limited examination will be performed on your first appointment that includes:

  • Collecting your detail health/dental history.
  • Limited soft/hard tissue exam.
  • Dental X-rays, if necessary. If available, please bring your x-rays or have your dentist send them online.

Second appointment

After a thorough examination with your student provider, you will be presented with:

  • A treatment plan, approximate number of appointments and fees. 

What you need to bring to your appointment

  • Name, address and phone number of your Physician(s).
  • Name, address and phone number of your most recent dentist.
  • List of medications and dosages you are taking.
  • If you use emergency medications such as nitroglycerin or an asthma inhaler, bring them with you!



  • A 24-hour notice is required.
  • Please try to keep your appointment as rescheduling can be challenging due to high demand and limited appointments.
  • We have very limited time for clinical requirements and may not be able to reschedule patients who fail their appointments without 24-hour notice.
  • Patients who cancel without 24-hour notice are subject to dismissal.
