Financial Aid Application Assistance

We Offer:

  • Guidance on filing out your financial aid forms.
  • Navigational support for financial aid information on CLASS-Web.
  • Support with completing the FAFSA and California Dream Act applications.
  • Providing general financial aid assistance, but we cannot answer personal or specific questions relating to your eligibility here.

Office will be CLOSED on:

  • November 27-29, 2024, Wednesday - Friday: Thanksgiving (Holiday)
  • December 23, 2024 - January 1, 2025: Winter Recess
  • January 20, 2025, Monday: Martin Luther King Jr. (Holiday)
  • May 26, 2025, Monday: Memorial Day (Holiday)

How to Receive Assistance:

  • Visit us in person at the locations listed above.
  • Ensurse you have your photo ID and W number ready

Before your visit:

  • If applying for 2024-2025 school year, bring 2022 tax forms (1040 Forms) 
  • Personal information: full name, email, phone number, SSN (if you have one) etc. 
  • A-Registration Number: (for Non-U.S. citizens) 
  • Income tax returns: 1040 forms and appropriate schedules, W-2, and any other records of income
  • Bank statements and records of investments (if applicable)
  • Untaxed Income information (if applicable)
